Regional Partnership Sales Manager - TEMPORARY

Location: Dallas, TX

Annual Base Pay: $50,000 – 55,000 per year

Position Summary:

Are you a natural connector with a passion for sales and community impact? We're looking for a Regional Partnership Sales Manager to drive local engagement, forge meaningful partnerships, and grow our fleet sales in Dallas under the Super Star brand. This is a temporary role set to conclude on July 1, 2025.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys networking, and is passionate about making a local impact while driving business growth.

Essential Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities:

Community Engagement & Partnerships
• Build relationships with schools, businesses, charities, sports teams, car dealerships, and other hyper-local organizations within a 10-minute drive of our Dallas locations.
• Develop and execute mutually beneficial partnerships that drive brand awareness and customer traffic.
• Organize and participate in community events, sponsorships, and fundraising activities to embed Super Star Car Wash in the local fabric.
• Collaborate with local influencers, chambers of commerce, and business groups to amplify our presence.

Fleet & Corporate Sales
• Identify and engage businesses that operate multiple vehicles (fleet customers), including
municipalities, corporate fleets, car dealerships, and more.
• Pitch and secure fleet membership agreements (approximately 10–1,000 vehicles) offering discounted wash plans.
• Build strong relationships with business owners, operations managers, and decision-makers to drive long-term retention.
• Work closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of fleet accounts.

Execution & Reporting
• Success will be measured by the new traffic generated at our locations and the incremental
revenue driven by these efforts.
• Regularly track and evaluate the impact of local marketing initiatives and fleet sales.
• Provide weekly reports detailing community partnerships, events, new business, and
fleet/corporate sales opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
Experienced in Partnership or Local Marketing & Sales: You have 3+ years of experience in community engagement, B2B sales, or local marketing (experience in another consumer business like retail or QSR is preferred but not mandatory).
A Community Connector: You thrive on meeting people, building relationships, and creating win win opportunities. You know Dallas like the back of your hand and understand what drives its people.
A Sales-Driven Go-Getter: You thrive on closing deals, whether it's securing a fleet contract or landing a local sponsorship.

Work Environment
Outdoor and Indoor Settings: Primarily work outdoors
Weather Conditions: Exposure to heat, cold, rain, and wind
Team Collaboration: Frequent interaction and collaboration with colleagues and customers
Fast-Paced: High pace, especially during peak hours
Customer Interaction: Regular engagement with customers
• Weekend work may be required
