What the Role Is

At Super Star Car Wash, we are committed to delivering products and services into customers’ hands as seamlessly as possible. We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Supply Chain to oversee purchasing, sourcing, logistics, and distribution across a multi-state footprint.

This role requires a strong problem-solving mindset, rigorous attention to detail, and an innovative approach to supply chain management. The ideal candidate will excel at building positive relationships with suppliers and distributors while driving operational efficiency and fostering growth-friendly practices.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of purchasing, sourcing, and distribution functions.
• Develop and standardize procurement and sourcing policies and procedures across all locations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies to drive improved margins.
• Ensure seamless supply chain operations across multiple states, complying with local regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast supply needs and develop inventory strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Oversee vendor negotiations, contracts, and relationships to secure competitive pricing and quality products.
• Evaluate supply chain risks and establish best practices to mitigate them.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of four direct reports.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, HR, and Finance, to align supply chain strategies with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Retail industry experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and distribution practices, with experience in creating and standardizing processes.
• Demonstrated success in managing supply chain operations across multiple states.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective leadership and communication skills, with experience managing small teams
