Full Service - Service Advisor - DYSART

Position Summary:

Super Star’s Full-Service locations are hiring experienced sales consultants’ (service advisors) motivated, performance driven Service Advisors to join our team. We are looking for proven Sales Consultants (Service Advisors) capable of handling high-volume sales. This position requires an individual committed to providing exceptional customer-service, excellent people skills, and a personal commitment to exceeding sales goals. We reward performance. On top of your base pay, we offer top-notch incentive package and commission structure to maximize your total compensation.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • High Volume Sales Experience
  • Comfortable with explaining product knowledge to customers
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Essential Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities:

(These responsibilities must be able to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation)

  • Follow company standards for welcoming customers & checking them in for service, gathering information from the customer and explaining the products and services offered, assisting the customer with any inquiries they may have regarding their vehicles, then write a service tickets to specification.
  • Inform the customers of other detailing packages that are available and try to sell additional services based on the customer’s needs or wants.
  • Recommend and introduce new products and services.
  • Responsible for building strong customer relationships and ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective assistance.
  • Communicate with customers from initial contact all through completion of maintenance, always ensuring that customer's expectations are not just met but exceeded.
  • Promote a clean, safe, and healthy experience for our guests.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requires the ability to interact with others, interpret spoken messages and utilize reason to resolve problems. Requires prolonged periods of standing and walking, and frequent bending at the waist, twisting of the upper body, kneeling, being mobile on uneven surfaces, squeezing and crouching. Requires frequent lifting and carrying of 1-25 pounds (occasional up to 50#).
